He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin J. Otto, Sr. and Coletta Otto (Schaffer); and his son Martin J. Otto, III. He is survived by: his wife Joyce I. Otto (Lombardo); his daughter Julie Smith (Shaun); his grandchildren, Greta, Silas and Coletta; and his siblings, Joan, Arlene, Kathy, Charlotte, Vernon and Donald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
