He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hines and Gladys Hines (Bago); and his sister Sherry Williams. He is survived by: his son John Hines of Pen Argyl; his sibling Terry Hines of Brodheadsville; and his grandchildren, Kody and Kaylee Hines of Pen Argyl. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
