He was predeceased by: his mother Bettie Jean Volk (Hall). He is survived by: his father Robert Volk of Leitchfield, KY; his wife Deborah Ann Volk (Fullard); his brothers, Michael Volk (Traci) and Robert Volk (Mary); his stepdaughter Ashley; and his nieces and nephews, Samantha, Kera, Sean, Robert and Daniel.
