He was predeceased by: his father John Russell Neely; his stepfather Wesley Kline; and his siblings, Linda and Tom. He is survived by: his wife Karen Peters Neely; his children, John "JC" Neely, Tiffany Wagner (David) and Terri Neely (William Rogers); his grandchildren, Kiara, Gavin, Aubrie, Kaleb, Weston, Charlie and Noah; and his siblings, Gary Neeley (Sandi), Maureen Zackeru (Steven) and Holly Neeley.
