She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard H. Mutton; her parents, Garfield "Butch" and Mildred Williams, Sr. (Sullivan); her children, Melanie M. Sineath of Alexandria, VA, Kimberly L. Trigiani (Vito) of Roseto, Tracy L. Hall (Larry) of Pen Argyl, Richard G. Mutton (Lisa) of Pen Argyl and Geoffrey R. Mutton of Pen Argyl; her grandchildren, Taylor, Tylor (Kelsea Coppola), Kirby (Marie Murtha), Brady, Carlee and Shayla (Tamra Hall); her son-in-law Craig R. Gillingham; her children, Nadine Mutton, Tammy S. Gillingham, Timmy and David E. "Buddha" Mutton; and her siblings, Garfield Williams, Jr., Janet, Janice Williams and Charlotte Williams.
Due to current COVID-19 guidelines face masks will be required and social distancing practices will be followed.
