He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith, Sr. and Florence Smith (Repsher); his wife Marie Smith (Piccerillo); his great grandchild Ella Dotta; and his siblings, George Jr., Clarence, Earl Smith, May Mack, Ethel Kemmerer and Arlene Kopko.
He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Ennico (Louis), Doyle A. Smith (Connie) and Jonathan G. Smith; his grandchildren, Kirsten Dotta (Mark), Stephen Ennico, Matthew Ennico (Melissa) and Alysia Balch (Bryan); and his great grandchildren, Josh, Jared, Brenna, Tessa, Nicholas, Mia, Grace and Alivia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, Building Fund, 300 W. Babbit Ave., Pen Argyl, PA 18072.
