He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood O. Kocher and Irene B. Kocher (Ott); and his daughter Christine R. Miller. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia C. Norris (Wayne) and Cheryl I. Roegner (J. Matthew); his grandchildren, Brian, Stephen, Andrew, Alyssa, Alexis, April and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Carter, Peyton, Braxton and Wyatt.
