It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles M. Giltner (Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania), born in Middleport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Rose L. Giltner; his parents, Elwood Giltner and Mary Giltner (Stefanek); his grandson Benjamin Fry; and his sister Mary Adamo.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Chryst (John H.) of Wind Gap; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Fry (Amy), Cory Chryst and Jamie Chryst; his great grandchildren, Brilee, Skylar and Rowyn Fry; his nieces, Marian McManus, Gloria Krajnak and Margo Oley; and his nephew Philip Adamo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered either to St. Elizabeth's Building Fund, 300 W. Babbitt Avenue, Pen Argyl PA 18072; or to Compassionate Care Hospice, 3897 Adler Place, Building C Suite 180, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
