She was predeceased by: her husband James W. "Pepper" Lugg; and her parents, Harold O. Rice and Bernice Rice (Lugg). She is survived by: her daughter Beth-Ann Snyder (Joseph W.) of Bangor; her grandchildren, Erin E. and Gregory J. Snyder; and her nephew Bryan W. Ott of Bangor.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to Grace United Methodist Church, 404 E. Mountain Avenue, Pen Argyl, PA 18072.
