He was predeceased by: his parents, Mackey V. Horn and Ethel M. Horn (Kline); his children, Leann D. Peters and Loren D. Horn; and his brother Clayton M. Horn.

He is survived by: his wife Charmaine G. Horn (Williams); and his grandchildren, Susan D. Nocchi (Daniel), Robert M. Peters, Justin Horn (Lauren) and Tyler A. Horn (Brandi). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
