He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel Wizda. He is survived by: his significant other Joyce Wizda; his children, Candice Kurtz (Mike Shaw), Errol Wizda (Addie) and Joseph Wizda (Sharmila); his grandchildren, Levi, Maizie Kurtz, Reagan, Karli Shaw, Juniper Wizda and Priyasha Wizda; and his brothers, Andrew and Rocco (Lisa Wizda). He is also survived by many in-laws and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish (1101 Willow St, Peckville, PA 18452). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
Due to Lenten season there will be no flowers; in lieu of flowers Steve asked that donations be made to St. Cats and Dogs, c/o 1900 E Gibson St., Scranton PA 18510, stcatsdogs.org, or support the American Red Cross with a blood donation in Stephen's memoy..
