She is survived by: her nephew Jay; her son John Motts (Dawn); her stepgrandchildren, Dalton Milam and Kaylynn Reggie; her great grandchild Avalynn Chesson; her nephew John Santarelli (Joan); her niece Lynda Cook; and her great-nephew Jay Stafursky.
