He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Scopelliti and Catherine Zapalone Scopelliti; and his sister-in-law Carol Casella. He is survived by: his daughter Jaime Skotleski (William); his grandson Cole Skotleski; his brothers, John Scopelliti (Debbie) and Tony Scopelliti (Cheryl Ruby); and his sister-in-law Gail Piasecki (Tony Piaggione). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
