She was predeceased by: her parent Walter Sawchak of Science; her brother Thomas Walter Sawchak; and her significant other Jack Lewis. She is survived by: her parent Olympia Sawchak (Karchefsky) of Science; her sister Mary Ann Sawchak of Waverly; her nieces, Stephanie Sawchak, Christine Cohen of Clarks Summit and Kimberly D'Andrea of Moosic; her great-nephew Devon D'Andrea; and also, Alice of Science, Marywood University of Science, Bachelor of Science, Cameron D'Andrea, Madeleine Cohen and Ross Cohen.
