She was predeceased by: her parents, Crocket Halsey and Lillie Mae Halsey; her husband Ross C. Ulrich, Jr. (Junie); and her son-in-law Raymond Sheets. She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Hess (Parley) and Diane Sheets (Jim Lafferty); her grandsons, Robert Hess (Alison) and Alex Hess (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Ava, Addison, Aspen, Morgan and Brayden; and her siblings, Gladys Talbot, Shirley Phipps, Ethel Hess and Crockett Halsey, Jr..
