He was predeceased by: his parents, David Shock and Minnie Shock; and his siblings, David Shock, James Shock and Cecelia Shock.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Shock (Wann); his daughter Saprena Schock; and his sisters, Jean Rouse, Arletta Wallace (Michael), Cynthia McGuire and Diane Dobecky.
