She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen P. Rider and Elvera Rider (Kruse); and her husband James L. Milne. She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen McPherson (Bob) of Fort Meade, FL and Roy Milne (Debra) of Peach Bottom. She is also survived by 2 step grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
