He was predeceased by: his son Paxtang; and his parents, John Mazurkiewicz and Vera Mazurkiewicz (Pociechowski). He is survived by: his sons, Michael J. Mazurkiewicz, Mark J. Mazurkiewicz and Matthew J. Mazurkiewicz; his brother Peter A. Mazurkiewicz; and his grandsons, Otis, Lyle and Dexter.
