He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Matalavage, Sr. and Celine Matalavage (Narcavage); his brother Leonard Matalavage, Jr.; and his grandparents, Edward, Marie Narcavage (Trocki), Leonard and Rosemary Matalavage (Noon).
He is survived by: his siblings, Arvin "AJ" Shicora (Christina Rebuck) of Paxinos and Kristen Shicora of Kulpmont; his niece Leni Rae; and his nephew Travis. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
