He was predeceased by: his mother Linda M. Hoover (Eckenrode). He is survived by: his father Gary E. Hoover; his son Gavyn E. Hoover of Mt. Holly Springs; his sisters, Melissa Brandt (Jonathan) of Mt. Holly Springs, PA and Kristin Prohonic (James) of Indian Land, SC; and his nieces and nephews, Zachary, Adam, Jeremy, Avery and Garrett.
