John "Thumper" Blake (Kristy), Todd Blake (Denise), Amie Blake, Tonya Fisher, Jason Sowers (Chrissie) and Eric Sowers (Alanna); his grandchildren, Caleb, Cassi, Joelle, Gabriel, Jeb, Olivia, Kaley, Alyssa, Carly, Emily, Evan and Benjin; his brother James "Jim" Blake (Janet "Tootie"); and his brother-in-law Richard Miller.
