He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Harsh and Arminta Harsh (Allen); and his siblings, Eleanor Cummings (Everett), Grace Coon (Larry), Robert Harsh (Betty) and Alice Pilling (Ray).
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Harsh (Hill); his children, Mark (Sandy Hienz), Russ (Sheila), Brian (Linda), Brad Harsh and Janet Harsh; his grandchildren, Eric Harsh (Laura), Kelly Manning (Jeff), Allison Dixon (Andy) and Alex Harsh; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Manning, Peyton, Channing, Harper Harsh, Luke and Colby Dixon.
