He was predeceased by: his parents, D. Kenneth Dolan and Shirley Theakston Dolan. He is survived by: his wife Jean Karlik Dolan; his children, Trevor Grey, Parker Riley, Maeve Spencer and Gage Robert-Kenneth; his parents-in-law, Robert and Carole Karlik; his brother Jay; his sister-in-law Ann Hahn; his nephews, Lance, Joshua and Bradley; his niece Victoria; and his cousins, Mary Beth Oresick (Lawrence) and Barbara Ann Hooten.
