He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph Oscar; his children, Wilmer Robert Taylor, Jr and Elizabeth Ann Bernard; and his siblings, Winfield A., Lincoln, Paul, Charles Taylor, Elsie Wingert and Dorothy Soule.
He is survived by: his parent Alta Rhoda Wallace Taylor; his children-in-law, Anita and Frank L. Bernard; and his sister-in-law Thelma. He is also survived by three grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
