She was predeceased by: her husband David Rubert; her parents, Della Cheek (Nichols) and Burris Cheek; her siblings, Lillian Taylor, Mae Carr, Ferrell Markward, Wilma Martin, Naomi Reisinger, Reid, John and Lee Cheek; and her granddaughter Denise Rubert.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Ann Curley of Rehobeth Beach, DE, Karen Smith of Coatesville, Dan Rubert (Judy) of Charlestown, MD and Deborah Failor (Dave) of Downingtown. She is also survived by five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
