She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield McCoy and Betty Beam McCoy. She is survived by: her husband Jack J. Terriman of Parkesburg; her siblings, Kathleen Turpin (Douglas) of Mountain Grove, MO, Karen Irwin (Tim) of Downingtown, PA, Darlene McCoy of Parkesburg and Jeffery McCoy (Stephanie) of New Holland, PA.; her goddaughter Kimberly Nelson of Spring, TX; her nephew Joshua Lizasuain of Gap; her goddaughter Nicole Davis; and her pet Luke. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and extended family.
