He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Robin Light Guiney; his parents, Robert Paul Guiney Sr. and Mary Guiney (Griest); his children, Heather Guiney of Parkesburg, Robert Paul Guiney III (Tammy) and Meredith Guiney of Parkesburg; his sister Linda Rice (Jack) of Parkesburg; his niece Lisa Rudisill (Phil); and his children, Matthew, Adam, David, Michael of Parkesburg, Alan Rice (Rhiain), Harper and Declan of Parkesburg.
