He was predeceased by: his son Ryan Miller. He is survived by: his wife Ann Cooper; his children, Stephanie Ortlip (Randy Jr.) of Parkesburg, Ralph Cooper Jr. of Morgantown, Denise Anderson of Parkesburg, Richard Anderson (Karen) of Mooresville, NC and David Anderson (Samantha) of Coatesville; his grandchildren, Cierra, Shayne, Ashlee Cooper, Dakota, Brook, Faith Ann, Jaxon, Jameson Cooper, Jasmine Anderson, Richard, Katie, Alexis, Caleb Anderson, Tiffany, Samantha, Heather, David and Dustin Anderson; and his brother Larry Cooper (Tina) of St. Petersburg, Florida.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
