Phillips; his granddaughter Amy Jean Phillips; his great grandchild Ronald L Phillips, III; his daughter-in-law Pamela Jean Phillips; his brothers, Edgar Phillips and Harold Phillips; and his half-siblings, Parke W. Phillips, Stella Hilton and Bertha Steffe.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara S. Phillips of Coatesville, PA, Ronald L. Phillips of Coatesville, PA, Perry V. Phillips (Jacqueline) of Honey Brook, PA, Herbert W. Phillips of Atglen, PA, K. Michael Phillips Phillips (Annette) of Coatesville, PA and Kelly S. Phillips (Dania Ojeda) of Coatesville, PA.; and his daughters-in-law, Susan Phillips and Charlotte Mullen. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great, great grandson.
