She is survived by: her husband Joe D'Alessio; her mother Irene Mendoza Fettweiss of New Jersey; her children, Thomas Mayhue (Sarah) of Lawrenceville, GA and Melissa D'Alessio-Diaz (Luis) of West Chester, PA; her grandchildren, Catalina, Izabella, Ezekiel and Sawyer; and her siblings, Karin Fettweiss, Kim DiMascio (Sal) and Glenn Fettweiss.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to a cause close to Olivia's heart at Lamancha Animal Rescue or Lucky Dawg Animal Rescue.
