We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2019, at the age of 90, Louise Hopkins (Parkesburg, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Louise Hopkins to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mose Williams and Phonie Williams (Thomas); her daughter Jacqueline Medley; and her stepdaughters, Loicy and Joyce Hopkins.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery B. Scott Sr., Steven C. Scott (Sandra) and John H. Scott; her stepson Leo Hopkins, Jr.; her nieces, Patricia Joseph of Coatesville and Patricia Thompson of Coatesville; and her nephew Eddie DeSantis of Jersey City, NJ.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
