She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulysses G. Creed and Mae E. Creed (Woods); and her brother Larry Creed. She is survived by: her husband Larry Lowman; her daughters, Angela Watts (Jason) of Christiana and Melinda Mclaughlin (Brandon) of Narvon; and her grandchildren, Reggie Watts (Carlee) of Lampeter and Cheyenne Watts (Matt) of Glenmoore, Pennsylvania..
