Fulmer (Parkesburg, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Fulmer and Edna Fulmer (Simmons); and his grandson Joseph Anthony Farrell III (US Navy Veteran). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Fulmer (Muncey); his children, Scott Fulmer and Linda Fulmer; and his stepchildren, Frank Meyer (Hana), Elizabeth Thomas (Joe), Eric Meyer (Sue), John Meyer (Michelle) and Virginia Wray (Norman). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Forks of the Brandywine Evangelical Presbyterian Church, with the notation "Deacon's fund in memory of Joe" (http://www.forkschurch.org).
