She was predeceased by: her parent Sarah Burkholder (Stricker). She is survived by: her parent Melvin Burkholder; her children, Patrice L. Buohl Fendley, Keith J. Buohl and Kent J. Buohl; her siblings, Mary Ann Weitzel, Sylvia Fetter and Robert Burkholder (Sonny); and her son Dennis Buohl. She is also survived by three granddaughters, one grandson.
