It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James C. Mills (Parkesburg, Pennsylvania), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on January 27, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughters, Dawn C. Mills-Tinnin and Dorene J. Mills-King; and his siblings, Mariam Mills, Otis Mills, Jr., George Payne and Kathleen Carson.
He is survived by: his wife Reverend Doris V. Mills; his children, Wallace J. Mills of Lancaster, James C. Mills Jr. of Lancaster, Robin H. Mills of Parkesburg and Tina L. Johnson (Joel) of Lancaster; and his siblings, Raymond Mills, Michael Watson and Edward Mills. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
