He was predeceased by: his wife Rita J. Laws Harris; and his parents, Lawrence W. Harris and Margaret Davis Harris. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Harris of Cochranville, PA and Shannon Osborne of Parkesburg, PA; his brother Thomas W. Harris of Atlanta, GA; and his granddaughters, Brianna Lynn Osborne, Brooke Elizabeth Osborne and Kelsey Marie Osborne.
