It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances M. Wiggins (Parkesburg, Pennsylvania), born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 21, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse James A. Wiggins, Sr.; her parents, George Harple and Bertha Rotas Harple; and her siblings, George Harple, Harry Harple, Peggy and Mary Maholland.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Garner (Barry) of Birdsboro, PA, James A. Wiggins, Jr. (Betty Lee) of Modena, PA, June Davis of Coatesville, PA, Jesse Wiggins, Sr. (Anita) of Kinzer, PA, Fran Mattson (John) of Coatesville, PA, Phyllis Beck of Paradise, PA and Tina Ream of Morgantown, PA. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA 19365 to help defray her funeral expenses.
