It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer F. Halterman (Parkesburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 8, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Halterman and Clara Pluck Halterman. He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Garver of Ronks and Patricia Welsh (Randy) of Parkesburg; and his sister Thelma Simms of Parkesburg. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
