With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy L. Manley (Parkesburg, Pennsylvania), born in Sadsburyville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 18, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Manley; her parents, Martha Hess (Campbell) and Arthur Hess; and her siblings, Arthur E. Hess, Jr., Emmanuel C. Hess, Mary Lapore, Patricia DeCarlo, Norman F. Hess and Donna Froelich.
She is survived by: her children, Charles E. Manley (Ida) of Huntington, Norma Toto of Atglen, Martha P. Manley of Lancaster, Beatrice Marino (Steve) of Cochranville and Ellen Myers (Gregg) of Florida. She is also survived by two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
