He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ray Harper, Sr. and Karen Fitzgerald Harper. He is survived by: his children, David R. Harper, III of Parkesburg, Devon Lee Harper of Honey Brook, PA, Jessica Ann Harper of Coatesville, Dylan T. Rice of Atglen, Gabriela E. Harper of Coatesville and Gabriel R. Harper of Honey Brook; and his siblings, Jeffrey Harper of Gap, PA and Karen H. Keen of Honey Brook. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
