He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin L. Bernard and Ruth Ella Miller Bernard. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Moore of Cochranville, Jennifer Schrenker of Shoemakersville and Susan L. Bradford of Narvon; and his siblings, Patricia Fuller of Vancouver, WA, Frank Bernard of Quarryville and Judith Alldredge of Salem, OR.. He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
