Rice of Parkesburg, Pennsylvania, born in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 19, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Rice and Ann N. Kolodski Rice; and his brother Timothy M. Rice. He is survived by: his wife Jill Hall Rice; his stepdaughter Stephanie R. (Jeff McCoy) of New Holland; his aunt Jean Kolodski; and his pet Sheldon.
