He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Artie" and Helen "Minnie" Hamilton Ash; and his sisters, Jackie Weaver and Shirley Ash. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Wiggins of Westwood and Chester C. Ash, III (Nita) of Coatesville; and his siblings, Artie Ash of Parkesburg, Becky Nuse of Valley Twp and Patsie Chilla of Downingtown. He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
