She was predeceased by: her siblings, Donna Longabaugh and Terry Grow. She is survived by: her husband John Sushinski of Parkesburg; her daughter Cindy Shultz of Gap, PA; her stepdaughters, Theresa Sheehan of Parkesburg and Barbara Haines of Oxford, PA; her grandsons, Justin Shultz (Katelyn) of Nanty, Jason Shultz of Pocopson Township and Dewayne Shultz Jr. of York, PA; her stepgranddaughter Alexis; and her great grandchildren, Justin Jr., Jackson, Spencer, Jason Jr., Ashton, Skylar, Abigail and Lilly.
