She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne H. Mellinger; and her parents, Kenneth B. Mann and Theda Hale Mann. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Finerfrock (Mike) of Warsaw, VA, Steven Wayne Mellinger (Jennifer) of Parkesburg, Debbie Clarke (Tim) of Downingtown and David Mellinger of Bellefonte, PA. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in her memory to the Parkesburg Baptist Church, 103 West St., Parkesburg, PA 19365.
