He is survived by: his mother Virginia Miller (Jacks); his son Raquis Cornell Norris of Downingtown; his grandchildren, Ashton Norris and Raquis Norris, Jr.; his brothers, Gregory D. Miller (Tara Harris) of Parkesburg and Marlon L. Miller of West Chester; his nieces, Tamara Harris and Teonna Harris; his great-niece Davionna Corbett; his great-nephews, Karter and Ke'air Simpson; his aunts and uncles, Henry Jacks (Carol), Jenny Morton (Kitty), Verlaine Jacks (Pumpkin), Arnold Miller and Johnny Miller; and his close friend Martha Santos.
COVID protocol will be observed moderately.
