He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Tester and Myrtle Mae Tester (Dean); his daughter Patricia A. Tobelmann; his grandson Jeffrey C. Tobelmann, Jr.; and his siblings, Geraldine Tester, Bertha Arnold Wilcox, Millard, Ellis, Bobby, Harvey and Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wise Tester; his daughters, Sharon Helm (Tom) of Centre Hall, PA and Karen Tester of Coatesville, PA; his grandchildren, Amanda, Austin, Alyssa and Richie; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Avrie and Hayden; and his sisters, Verna Smith and Margaret Cross.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
