She was predeceased by: her father Benjamin Rodgers of Chicora; and her husband Henry J. Borkowski Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Diana Fair (Joel) of Parker and Henry J. Borkowski Jr. (Darlene) of Washington, PA.; her grandchildren, Julie Fair of Grove City, Amber Fair (Rex Page) of Parker, PA and J. D. Fair of Parker, PA.; and her great grandchildren, Braden, Colton Murray, Mallorie Fair, Liam and Levi Page.
