He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. "Banjo" Anthony and Dorothy "Dot" McCoy Anthony; and his sister Gail Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Thompson; his sons, Josh Anthony (Kim) of Parker and Cody Anthony (Heather) of Parker; his grandchildren, Gunnar of Parker and Oakley Anthony of Parker; and his sister Carol Brown (Howard) of Parker.
