It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin Tyler Richmond (Parker, Pennsylvania), born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 17, 2024, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Saundra Mansberger; his children, Drey Mansberger of Parker, Daniel of Parker and Abigail Richmond of Parker; and his siblings, Dwayne Rubio of Freeport, Monica Temple of Meadville, Rebecca Hartzel of Orlando, FL., Katherine DeLoe of Knox and Cassie Schwalm of Syracuse, NY.
